Well, first run in 2 weeks. I thought I would hate the break but it was great. I had PLENTY of in-n-out and Dr Pepper. It felt good to be running again but the first week back is always terrible. Also it was burning hot but I had good music (when can I see you again from Wreck it Ralph is my personal fav) and I wanted to see what I still had so I did a quick last mile 6:13
